HOW TO RSVP

There are 4 FREE events and 2 PAID events. We need for you to RSVP to all the events you plan to attend, whether paid of free, so that we can  get a guest count for food and activities.

Please select from the 6 events listed in the drop-down menu below and tell us if you are coming. This way, we know how many people to expect.   For complete details on all of the events, please visit our Events Page.

DON'T FORGET TO PAY FOR YOUR EVENTS!

There are 2 paid events... the Sherling Lake BBQ and the Ritz Theatre Gala.  Please purchase your tickets on our Buy Tickets page.  

SNAIL MAIL PAYMENTS: If you would like to pay via snail mail, payments must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2009.  Please follow the "Snail Mail Payment" instructions on our contact page.
